6 Pretty Things

1. Pretty Style

I know Rachel Zoe is a common household name in the world of styling and fashion. So maybe it’s a little cliché to say she has pretty style, but seriously, its true! she pieces together outfits like Picasso painted murals.

2. Pretty Rings

Big, chunky, eye catching rings seem to be a daily accessory in my world. Thankfully I can find pretty ones at Forever 21 for around $5.00. That makes me happy!

3. Pretty Shoes

Comfort+style+pretty=Seychelles. I feel so put together in these shoes, plus they are the only heels that don’t kill my feet. Definitely worth the cost for sure.

4. Pretty Gloss

During my weekly visit to Sephora, I checked out Makeup Forevers Lab Shine lip gloss. I payed close attention to the “sticky” factor and was thrilled that it had not none and still looked fantastic on. Yay! If you are a “gloss girl”, you know that is rare. This is a must have in the world of glosses.

5. Pretty Skin

If you want to take your skin from “drab” to “fab” in 5 minutes then you definitely want to read this! One of my all time favorite masques is the PAPAYA PURIFYING ENZYME MASQUE™ from June Jacobs. The fragrance alone will make you feel like you’re in a tropical garden, but the results will make you keep going back. This is a great way to exfoliate your face in a safe, natural, and effective way. Apply this masque to a dry face and let your skin steam in the shower.

6. Pretty Nails

Want pretty nails for 14 days without having to get fake acrylics on? Me too, and now you can! It’s called CND Shellac nails and according to friends, the $25.00 to $30.00 cost is worth it.  What I love is that they are dry and set before you leave the salon. There is zero need to worry about smudging! Finally I can drive normally after a manicure.

  • Hi I have a question about the papaya masques. How often should I use something like this and will it last very long. I love your blog btw!

  • I can’t wait to try the shelacs! I am addicted to nail polish but the commitment of fake nails is disgusting to me. This seems like a happy balance.
