A Very Merry Too Faced Cosmetics Christmas

Hola and happy saturday!!

When one of the brands you adore sends you a little end-of-the-year, christmas gift (at-least it felt like a christmas gift)….you might do a mini squeal and dance by yourself in the kitchen. That’s normal right? Shouldn’t I be sick of cosmetics by now? Noo my friends, the excitement never ends. Most of you are probably beauty product hoarders too, so you totally get it.

Anyway, Too Faced Cosmetics sent me their ah-maz-ingChocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer and their Better Than False Lashes mascara in the most adorable tote bag ever. Let’s chit-chat about these Too Faces Cosmetics cult classics, shall we?

Too Faced Better Than False Lashes Mascara- In order to be 1,000% transparent, when I first tried this mascara a year or so ago, I had some major trouble. In fact, I really didn’t like it. But the reason why I didn’t like it was because I wasn’t using it correctly. Silly me. I was putting on step 2 first and then step 1 which made me get the fibers in my eyes…and made my lashes oddly sticky. Since then, I have tried it the correct way, and as you can see, the results with just one layer is really good. Plus, they look really natural with the way they cling to each individual lash. So, with all of that said, I would recommend this mascara…it’s a good one.

Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer: If you like chocolate, you will like this. No, you will love this. This bronzer actually has coco in it, so it smells like coco too! But more than the deliciousness of the smell, it’s a fantastic bronzer that I have been using on photo-shoots for the past few months. Another great thing about this bronzer is that, a little goes a long way! In the picture above, I only did one pass. Pretty good, right? I highly, highly recommend this one.
