Recently I got the new Beautycounter Romantic Eyeshadow Palette and it is absolutely gorgeous. It is one of the most sold eyeshadows from BC out of the newly launched collection because it has gorgeous neutral shades anyone can wear. In this post you will find my review, swatches, and a makeup look I created with this neutral and pink infused eyeshadow palette.
Beautycounter Romantic Eyeshadow Palette Review
In this review of the Beautycounter Romantic Eyeshadow palette, we are going to be looking at first impressions, palette swatches, and a makeup look I created using this eyeshadow. I think you will be as impressed as I am!
Romantic Eyeshadow Palette First Impressions:
So impressed! I love the packaging, I love the gorgeous wearable shades and I love how the mirror comes out because I’m basically blind and need to look closer than normal people. When I was first introduced to the Beautycounter eyeshadow palettes, they were nothing like they are now. Being that they are very regulated with how they formulate products because of their strict safe-cosmetics standards, it was rough in the beginning. As a makeup artists, I figured it out, but for the every day consumer, I’m sure the eyeshadows were hard to get use to.
Here are the colors in this eyeshadow palette:
Moto: Grey Matte
Brûlée: Matte Pale Tan
Candlelight: Matte Pale Peach
Cameo: Shimmery Bone
Moondust: Sparkly Cream
Truffle: Shimmery Taupe
Flush: Shimmery Pale Pink
Smolder: Matte Chocolate Brown
Dusk: Shimmery Peachy Pink
Beautycounter Romantic Eyeshadow Palette Swatches
I thought that the swatches turned out beautiful. There were no chalky shades and everything was rich with pigmentation. I also like that these colors last all day long without needing re-application and I love in Austin, TX where the heat is a real thing.
This swatch was taken in warm light and are in order of the eyeshadow palette.
These swatches were taken in cool lighting. I wanted you to be able to see the difference.
Beautycounter Romantic Eyeshadow Palette Makeup Look
I created this makeup look using this non-toxic and safe makeup palette on my Facebook Live. It turned out really well and I loved the end results! It has a gorgeous summery look that really can be worn in fall and winter too. There are so many ways to play around with this eyeshadow palette. You are going to have so much fun creating tons of different looks with it.
Get The Look:
- I have moondust on the outside half of my lower eyelid and then candlelight on the inside on my lower eyelid.
- I used Smolder in the crease of my eye and Cameo under my brow bone.
- Next, I sweeped Moto under my lower lashline.
- I used the Beautycounter Liquid Eyelinder, curled my lashes and added my mascara.
