How cute is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Catwalk Eye Shadow Palette?! First off, the animal print and gold make me want it. But it’s the mix of matte and shimmery fall shades that make me need it. It comes with 10 jaw-dropping colors, a dual sided eyeshadow brush, and it’s only $29.00!
All of the colors swatched vividly (as seen above), but my favorite shades are number 2, 7, and 8 because I am kind of into those colors lately. With that said, there isn’t one color in this palette that is disappointing, they are all really good and usable. You can pull together so-many-looks, the color combo’s are pretty endless.
Below are a couple looks I put together that I think are pretty easy to follow. I wanted to do something that was transitional so you could be a hot mama in the day time, and then do a little “va-va-voom” to sexy mama at night.
Daytime Look:
1. Base entire lower eyelid with #1.
2. Contour eyes with #2
3. Sweep #4 under lower lash-line and blend it into the inside corner of the eye with #8
4. Highlight under the eyebrow (above brow bone), and into the tear duct with #9
5. Last just curl your lashes and and your mascara.
Transitioning Daytime to Evening Look:
1: Tap #5 into outside contour of the eye
2: Tap #10 onto inner half of the eyelid, blending #5 and #10 together so there is no harsh line
3: Sweep #4 into outside corner of the eye and under lower lash-line
4: Apply black eyeliner into the upper and lower water-line of your eye
5: I added in corner lashes, but obviously that’s optional. Black mascara will work great by its self. I just happen to have zero lashes.
XOXO! Kendra
