Couponing to Beauty

I also absolutely will NEVER pay full price for an over the counter cosmetic item. I just can’t do and I won’t do it as I know they can be found at discounted prices due to sales and coupons etc. Now, I know I may sound totally nerdy right now, but couponing is actually fun. This is definitely NOT a couponing site, but I do want to start posting good beauty deals and scenarios that I find on over the counter cosmetics.

Also- I always the get Sunday paper and clip the cosmetic coupons and put them in a little Zip lock bag. Again, totally nerdy, I am aware. If you want to start couponing and want to understand the “lingo,” some blogs I follow are Hip2Save, Frugallivingnw, totallytarget, and wildforwags.

With all of that said, here is a RITE-AID Deal that I thought was awesome that I wanted to share!

Rite-Aid had the best deal scenario this week on Rimmel and ALMAY.

Before I share with you the deal. Here are a few thing’s you should know.

1) If you have a recent Rite-Aid receipt you can go here and enter in the 16 digit code that is at the bottom of your receipt to take a store survey. Once the survey is completed, you will be a $3.00 off $15.00 purchase. You can only do this 3 times in a month and you have two weeks to use the coupon. I would suggest buy a $0.25 item to get the receipt so you can get the coupon.

2)Up Rewards-  Up rewards are credit back to the store on your next purchase…like a gift card, but on your receipt. You can use it towards anything in the store.

3) Single Check Rebates AKA SCR- Rite Aid has SCR that you submit to get money back in a check form. Go here for more details.

4) You can go here to watch Video Values under the beauty section and get in-store beauty coupons each month. Print them before the month is up.

5) You will need to do to separate purchases to get this deal. Most cashiers are use to this, so don’t feel uncomfortable.

-$5.00 Up Reward when you purchase $15.00 in Rimmel Cosmetics.

-$3.00 SCR when you purchase 2 Rimmel mascaras. Rebate #7  (submit here)

-Buy 3 Rimmel Glam Eyes $6.89 each–just bought this last week! (should ring up at $5.17 each)

-Total should be $15.81 for 3 mascaras.

-Then use the $3.00 off $15.00 if you can get one, which would make your total $12.81.

-Then receive the $5.00 up reward

-submit for the $3.00 SCR here

-Almay buy 2 get one free any product

-$1.00 single check rebate on all Almay eye cosmetics (3 limit)

-$4.00 up reward when you spend $10.00 on Almay products.

-purchase 3 Almay Intense Eye Color Kohl Pencils- $7.49 each (online pricing)

-buy 2 get 1 free total $14.98

-Use $5.00 up reward from previous purchase

-Pay $9.98 get back a $4.00 Up Reward then submit for 3 $1.00 rebates #85.

So your ending out of pocket total would be $22.39.

After rebates and the remaining $4.00 Up Reward, your final cost would be $12.39 for $43.14 of product.
