Make-Over Monday: It’s A Date Night

After high-school there is no more Prom (unless you are creepy and go back to Prom with someone younger….again, creepy), no more winter school dances and basically no more excuses to get glammed up. Well of course there is your wedding day, or being a bridesmaid (always questionable depending on the dress you are forced to wear), other than that you have to make up reasons to get dressed to the nines.

So the other day my friend Jill asked me to do her makeup for her date night/11 year anniversary with her husband and she wanted to look super sexy. That’s not a problem, it’s one of my most favorite looks to give a client….and myself I might add.

This girl has some of the best cheekbones I have ever seen…definitely going to be playing those up for sure!

After

To get her look, I started with using the Jouer Matte Moisture Tint in Chamomile to even out her skintone. Then I concealed under her eyes with the Face Stockholm Blue Corrector which knocked out those dark circles all of us moms acquire. After I filled in her brows, I used a mixture of bronze, pink, and lavender eyeshadows to make her brown eyes pop and glamorized them a little further with some Ardell lashes. To give her cheeks that sexy glow, I applied the Face Stockholm creme blush in Stockholm and used the Jouer Moisturizing lipgloss in Shell. Now all she has to do is go home and get into something sexy to finish her look!
