If you are like me, NARS Cosmetics is on your top ten list of makeup brand obsessions. For you NARS enthusiasts, you will be excited to know that they (as in the brand) are introducing the Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow, a brand new formula for us to be obsessed with.
These eyeshadows can be applied sheer for a soft look, or be applied with a dampened brush for a high-intensity look. Either way, what I like is that this new formula is that it can be adjusted to suit whatever occasion you need it for.
There are 12 gorgeous shades in this new collection, so there is literally something for everyone. You can pick up your perfect shade, or collect them all when they launch on July 1st 2014. Let’s take a peak at what coming our way in a few short weeks!

Tools to Use
It can be really annoying to use a dry brush and then get it damp and then have to go back to dry again. So, per NARS suggestion, the Dual-Intensity eyeshadow is best used with their wet/dry eyeshadow brush #49!
