Thankfully, if you are someone who lives in a place that is land-locked, you can still experience a beachy waves hairstyle without it having to be naturally tousled by the salty ocean-water. I live near the Oregon coast, and it’s near hypothermic temperatures even in August, so consequently, my hair isn’t going to be tousled naturally either. However, like many of you, I still like my hair to have that I don’t care, but I still look awesome look, and with the right hair product and hair styling tools, we totally accomplish that!
