Some of us are still sleep deprived from a few weeks ago when we were “killin it” with our deep discount shopping skills at the literal butt-crack-of-dawn. Some of us were smart enough to stay up until 1am doing our black friday shopping online since the deals were just as good or better (insert patting myself on the back), and then stupid enough to still wake up at 3am (with a 4 week old of course, cause that makes sense) and continue to do more shopping just for the experience. Yup…that was fun. But despite the tiny bit of regret I had that same day when my 10th cup of coffee (exaggeration) began to dissipate- I did score big at Sephora; so I am pretty proud of myself. Check out my stash below and please leave me a comment and tell me what Sephora goodies you got this years.
If you didn’t put two and two together, Sephora had a killer black friday event like they did last year. There were several full size items that were $10.00- and my eyes were on a few of them. Origionaly I was going to make the mad dash to my closest store to get my stash, but then I got “the email” that they were doing the same deals on-line with a bonus sample pack with a $25.00 purchase! Oh- and free shipping with a $50.00 purchase which was way to easy to get to. So, everything in the pic above is what I purchased on-line and I only spent $50.00.
But then since I was already headed to the mall to do my other gift shopping, I couldn’t just not go into Sephora! So I got sucked into a few more items!
This shaving set from “The Art of Shaving” was a must have for my husbands stocking stuffer. He is a shaving snob, so this was perfect for him and I know he likes their products. Oh, and when I went up to the register it rang up at $25.00, they adjusted it to $10.00…score.
Sadly the Buxom mascara sold out quickly on-line, so when I saw it in-store, I was rather ecstatic. (Okay- that might be a bit of an exaggeration too.)
These two items are currently being sold on Sephora for $19.00 each and I got them BOTH for $10.00 total! My only regret is not getting two or three of these.
I also bought two of the Tarte Amazonian Clay Smart Mascara (never tried it) sets which sell on-line for $19.00 each and I got it for $10.00.
Lorac is one of my favorite brands, so I was super excited to see their eyeshadow primer and shadow (both full size) on sale for $10.00 each too! I purchase 2 sets of these, and currently the Behind The Scenes Primer is selling for $21.00, and the single eyeshadow sells for $19.00! Again- major SCORE!!
I have a bent towards small compacts that can easily go into my purse- so I had to top off my beauty extravaganza with a little pocket size Luminous Creme Lipstick Palette from Bite Beauty! Now- I wish I could say this was a killer one time deal, but I just looked on-line, and they are still selling it for $10.00! So- you can still snatch one up if you want it. I would however purchase the much larger version of this for only $30.00 and get 12 shades, that’s a better deal. Oh- and I really, really like Bite Beauty.
Just to be nerdy, I put my on-line order below for you to check out (I did purchase two other items in-store) making my ending beauty rampage total $70.00. If I would have purchased everything individually, not counting free samples, my total would have been $181.00! Go me.
