Brown eye makeup for fall seems so typical, right? Well, how about we amp it up and make it smoldering, smoky, and mysterious. Today’s makeup lesson on Coffee with Kendra (my live beauty tutorials), I am showing you how to get a smoky brown eye makeup look for fall. While it’s similar to this dark smoky eye makeup tutorial I did here, as a makeup artist, you can turn any eyeshadow color into a smoky rendition. But for fall, brown eye makeup seems appropriate, am I right?
Fall makeup is always fun for me to do because I am a huge fan of the metallic eyeshadows that always make an appearance. I love pairing the seasonal golds, bronze, and other metallic eyeshadow colors with this brown eye makeup look. With that said, bring on the cooler weather, I am ready to ditch summer and bust out this makeup look with my favorite transitional summer to fall wardrobe pieces.
Essentials for Brown Eye Makeup for Fall
If you don’t have a brown and metallic eyeshadow palette, not to worry, almost every cosmetic brand in the world has one, so it should be easy to find and purchase. For this look, though, I used my Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette and the Ciate London Smoldering Suede Palette I used to create an Olivia Wilde look. More specifically, though, I used a matte brown, gold, rose gold, and cream for my eyeshadow colors.
Ciate London Smoldering Suede Palette (I used the upper far right rose gold, the gold, and the pale pink and cream in this palette) >>This palette is currently on sale for $19.50.
