I think daily I become more of a fan of Jouer Cosmetics; I just simply have a lot of love for them! One of the many reasons why I am such a huge fan is because they come up with genius ideas, like the Sparkle & Pop Party Favor that made me literally giddy. So with that said, lets start first with the packaging that resembles a party popper; how cute is this?

I also think they would make the perfect stocking stuffer item of course…*hint, hint to mom’s of teenagers, husbands, boyfriends and the like.
