It Feels Good To Get A Deal

It’s starting to feel like cosmetic companies are competing now for who dishes out the best samples. I think it all started with Birchbox, and now sample giving is all the rage. Ulta has always been about deluxe samples with purchase, but now they have gone even further by offering a whole slew of goodies with a purchase of $25.00.

Let me show you how I got this deal- and then some.

For starters, there are two goodie bags to choose from and you MUST add one to your shopping cart because it will not do it automatically. Also- if you spend $50.00 it does not qualify you for two goodie bags, just FYI, one per purchase.

Next I am maximizing my purchase by making sure I get to $50.00 to get free shipping.

How am I going to maximize a $50.00 purchase you might ask? Well I am going to purchase items that have an additional Gift With Purchase attached to them. Benefit and Tarte both have a gift with purchase with any $20.00 purchase. So I bought the Tarte EmphasesEYES Waterproof Clay Eyeliner for $22.00 and the Benefit Benetint Cha Cha Cha for $28.00 making my total $50.00. Oh yeah- and on top of all of the other free goodies and gift with purchase items, I got 3 samples I could add to my basket of my choice, so I chose the deluxe samples that were offered.
