Press Sample: Can you believe it’s Wednesday already? Time flies. On Monday I shared with you all my review and first Valentines day eye makeup design using Esqido False Eyelashes. Today I am using the luxury Esqido false lashes in Lashlorette. Of the three lashes that I am showing you this week, I think this set is my favourite. What I love about the Lashlorette is that they are really full and make your eyes seriously pop. But since they are mink hair (cruelty free), they look really natural when they are on your eyes. I also felt like even though they were the fullest of the three, they weren’t heavy in the least. They are beyond gorgeous.

I would say the only bummer about the Esqiso false lashes for the every day consumer would be the price point. But from a makeup artist standpoint, these are a must, and impressively beautiful. There really is zero comparison with these to a $5.00 pair. Yes, the price is vastly different ($38.00), but the quality and craftsmanship is also vastly different. That is why they are luxury lashes and why celebs like to wear them. Another plus side is that you can get 25 uses out of them if you properly care for them. They come in a beautiful box that makes taking care of them pretty simple.

Step 1: Using a dark black eyeshadow (I used Jouer Cosmetics eyeshadow in Licorice), create a sideways “c” shape with a blending brush starting at the center of your lash-line and curving it around into the contour of your eye.

Step 2: With a flat eyeshadow brush, press a light pink eyeshadow (I used Jouer Cosmetics eyeshadow in Pink Champaign) onto your entire lower eyelid making sure to keep that “c” shape.

Step 3: Highlight under your brow bone  and near your tear duct with a light, cream eyeshadow using a flat eyeshadow brush.

Step 4: With the same black eyeshadow, sweep a tiny bit under your lower lashline to create dimension.

Step 5: Next, add your cream eyeliner (I used the Tarte amazonian clay liner) to your top lashline by using a liner brush to create a sort of vintage wing.

Step 6: With the same eyeliner, add a tiny bit the the outside corner of your lower lashline.

Step 7: Apply your Esqido false lashes in Lashlorette for a dramatic effect.

Are you getting dolled up for Valentines this year?

XOXO,
